The Kingdom Is Now

1) The Kingdom of God that Jesus was referring to was not heaven; the Kingdom that Jesus was referring to was the supernatural realm of power and dominion that a person receives here on Earth once he/she is reborn.

(John 3:2)  The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

(John 3:3)  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

(Matthew 6:10)  Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

2) God is spirit and in order to worship Him, operate on His level and interact with Him we have to have a spiritual birth.  Once we take on God's Spirit by accepting Christ we are automatically translated into Kingdom citizens.

(John 3:4)  Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

(John 3:5)  Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

(Colossians 1:13)  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

3) Your spiritual birth supersedes your natural birth.  You are not given a choice about coming to the Earth.  But your spiritual birth is a supernatural faith choice that you make that turns you into an immortal, spiritual child of God.

(John 3:6)  That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

4) Jesus said Marvel not because He new that after His resurrection that the only thing a person would have to do to be reborn spiritual is to confess openly that Jesus is Lord and Savior.

(John 3:7)  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

5) Once you are born of the Spirit, those who have not yet accepted Christ will not understand how you operate any more.  They will see you do supernatural things and speak things into existence but will not be able to comprehend how you do it.

(John 3:8)  The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
